National Society…19 December 1939 asking for the Trust Deeds of the Schools, response do not hold but 20 September 1837 Conveyance for Church School purposes. Property 22 June 1820 mentions Deed of Grant by Lord Barham to the Trustees of the Thynne Charities…school was erected 26 years ago on a site given by Lord Gainsborough but never conveyed to the Trustees.
By order of the Charity Commissions dated 26 January 1869 the Vicar and Churchwardens were appointed Trustees of the Charity and the premises vested in the official Trustee of Charity Lands. Condition of Building Grant were endorsed on this order in 1872.
National Society 25 January 1944 to Rev. B O’Loughlin regarding improvement of the premises pending retrospective application for a scheme after the war ends.
