Tablecloth, 1843' presented to Robert Stanley
Tablecloth, hand-woven by the women of Chipping Campden from linen thread made from flax grown in the district. Presented to Robert Stanley, grandfather of M. Vickery on the occasion of his 21st birthday, 1843. The design shows a cow, a plough, his name and date in the centre. Around the outside of the tablecloth there is a design of flowers, leaves and grapes.
