CCHS volunteers have compiled many records including:

  • Local censuses
  • Parish Records of Births, Marriages and Deaths for Campden and surrounding villages
  • Transcribed Wills and Inventories from Gloucestershire Archives and the National Archives
  • An index of items in the Evesham Journal relating to Campden
  • Some house histories and leases
  • Detailed Annals of Campden
  • A database of local businesses and the people who owned them
  • Trades & Occupations c.1500-1800
  •  Lists of graves in St James’ Churchyard, St Catharine’s Graveyard and the Baptist Church Graveyard.

Members of CCHS have free access to these records in the Members’ Section of this website.  It may well be worthwhile joining CCHS as a member (current individual subscription £17.00 pa).

Non-members should complete an Enquiry Form and our volunteers will search the archive for the relevant record(s); we ask for a donation to cover our costs.
